Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Analyst, located in Jeddah. The Ecommerce Analyst will be responsible for monitoring online sales performance, conducting data analyses to identify trends and opportunities, providing reports on key metrics, collaborating with the sales and customer service teams, and ensuring an optimized customer e-commerce experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for conducting data analyses and reporting
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
