Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MPLS Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco IOSXR and IOSXE platforms. The candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of MPLS networks for the KAFD project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform software upgrades and hardware verification for Cisco NCS5K platforms running IOSXR 64-Bit.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IOSXR protocols including: OSPF, ISIS, MP-BGP, BFD, MPLS LDP, Segment Routing, PIM, L3VPN, L2VPN, HSRP, RPL, MGMT.
  • Troubleshoot IOSXE Catalyst switches with focus on STP, ARP, Port-channels.
  • Provide advanced network troubleshooting and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and stability of MPLS infrastructure.

  • Experience
    :

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in service provider networks, with a proven track record of executing complex migrations.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certification
    :
    CCIE Service Provider
    certification is mandatory.
  • Hands on experience in the IOSXR 64-Bit platforms' software upgrading, and HW verification for NCS5K Platforms.
  • Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting IOSXR different protocols "OSPF, ISIS, MPBGP, BFD, MPLS LDP, Segment Routing, PIM, L3VPN, L2VPN, HSRP, RPL, MGMT"
  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting IOSXE catalyst switches "STP, ARP, Port-channels". CCIE SP
