Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities aligned with organizational goals and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure all deliverables and contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, events, communications, etc.) to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activities.
  • Track sponsorship performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future partnerships.
  • Support event planning and ensure sponsor branding, visibility, and engagement meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sponsorship and partnership development.
Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sponsorship management, partnership development, or corporate relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sponsorship management tools is a plus
