Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold food quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen on food preparation, and handling hiring processes. The role also involves maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Recruitment, including hiring and managing restaurant staff
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and management
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with local health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
