We are looking for a Technical Office team leader to join our growing team and play a key role in managing our technical documentation, proposals, and quality processes.

Job Summary

The Technical Office team leader will be responsible for managing all technical documentation, proposal preparation, and quality control activities within the Testing & Commissioning department. The role ensures engineering accuracy, consistency across projects, and high-quality deliverables for our clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation & Review


• Prepare, review, and maintain Method Statements, O&M Manuals, T&C reports, and related documents.


• Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.


• 6-9 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, proposal, or technical documentation roles.


• Strong understanding of quality systems, tendering, and T&C documentation workflows.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control platforms.
