Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, exclusively for Saudi nationals. The BMS Operator will monitor, operate, and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient operation of building systems. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting building management equipment, overseeing facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security, and ensuring smooth functionality to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Management and Building Management Systems.
  • Experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM).
  • Sound understanding of Management Systems for building operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards.
