Principal Contracts – Non-Process Infrastructure

Wood is seeking a Principal Contracts – Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) to join our project team supporting Ma'aden's strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term site-based role, with an initial assignment in either our Riyadh or Al-Khobar office prior to mobilization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts related to non-process facilities, including utilities, accommodation, and infrastructure supporting the mine site.

• 10 years' experience in EPC/EPCM or infrastructure or industrial projects.

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors.

• Oversee contractual and commercial activities for NPI scopes.

• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.

• Evaluate claims, variations, and change orders.

• Support reporting, cost forecasting, and compliance.
