Senior Project Manager

Location:
 Riyadh – KSA

A leading educational and cultural organization is seeking a 
Senior Project Manager
 to lead the Cultural Schools Project and ensure operational excellence and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement the overall project plan.


• Lead large project teams and assign tasks to ensure KPIs are achieved.


• Monitor daily/weekly reports and provide updates to senior leadership.


• Coordinate with government entities and external partners.


• Manage project risks and introduce corrective action plans.


• Oversee governance, quality, and operational compliance.


• Ensure all documentation, reporting, and project cycles align with standards.


• Supervise project timelines, budget indicators, and performance outputs.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field


• 
PMP certification required


• Minimum 
10 years
 experience in project management


• Proven experience in managing large-scale government or educational projects

Required Skills:


• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage multiple teams under tight deadlines


• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
