Sales Executive – ERP Solutions

• Lead and execute strategic sales activities focused on ERP software solutions for enterprises in KSA.• Proactively identify and develop relationships with target accounts; act as a trusted point of contact for key decision -makers.• Assist in the sales cycle: consultative selling, preparing tailored proposals, closing deals, and onboarding new clients.• Maintain and expand relationships with assigned accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.• Manage relationships exceptionally well—internally with teams and externally with clients and stakeholders.• Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure solutions fit client requirements.• Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.• Deliver compelling technology presentations, coordinate for product demonstrations, and participate in relevant industry events.• Stay current on ERP industry trends, competitive landscape, and KSA technology market.• Prepare, present, and deliver high -quality business presentations, sales reports, and documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.• Ensure timely logging and tracking of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.• Ready and willing to travel throughout KSA to meet clients as required.• Demonstrate timezone flexibility for customer and internal meetings.• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and KSA regulatory requirements. Requirements• KSA nationals only.• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.).• 3–5 years of proven experience in ERP solutions/account management and sales within KSA.• Track record of achieving sales targets in the software or enterprise solutions sector.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.• Strong proficiency in preparing and delivering business documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.• CRM knowledge is a plus.• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.• Ability and willingness to travel and adjust working hours to accommodate customer time zones.• Deep knowledge of the KSA business environment and technology buyers.
