Job Summary
We're looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Rize. In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to help analyze data, build reports, and maintain dashboards that track business performance.

This role is ideal for early-career analysts or fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and apply data skills in a real-world FinTech environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Support analysis of business and product data under guidance from senior team members.

  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards using Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Write and optimize basic SQL queries to extract and validate data.

  • Use Excel to clean, organize, and analyze datasets.

  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies.

  • Help ensure data accuracy and quality across reports.

  • Collaborate with teams (Product, Operations, Risk, Sales) to understand data needs.

  • Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or a strong academic/project background.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel.

  • Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau).

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (KPIs, trends, data quality).

  • Willingness to learn Python for data analysis (hands-on experience is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Fluency in Arabic and basic English reading/communication skills.
