  • Leads a team of 3-5 company resources, in the area of expertise, to the conclusion of a project phase including mentoring junior team members in various technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive and excellent hands-on in distinctive skill sets like ServiceNow Product Development, ServiceNow Consulting, Business Advisory, Solution Design, Development and Implementation of IT Processes and Enterprise Service Management, Participation in RFP and Continuous Service Improvement

  • Adopt new ServiceNow features – Agent Workspace, Predictive Intelligence, Teams Integration
  • Continuous Service Improvement, Service automation, recommendation, and implementation
  • Involved in proposal evaluation and formalising responses to RFP / RFI for process consulting
  • Extensive experience working in a multivendor environment, collaborating with geographically distributed teams
  • ServiceNow CSM Certification is Mandatory.
