Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site, and online Instructor role located in Jeddah. The Instructor will be responsible for teaching and guiding young learners through business-related topics, creating lesson plans, preparing engaging activities, and ensuring a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, fostering creativity and innovation, and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.

Qualifications

  • TOT Certification Required
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with young learners
  • Ability to design innovative lesson plans and activities
  • Knowledge or experience in business concepts, entrepreneurship, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Prior experience in teaching or education is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
