We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.
You will oversee the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) Scholarship Program, ensuring its successful design, implementation, and evaluation. This role is responsible for managing program operations, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering outcomes that align with RCU's strategic vision to empower AlUla's youth through world-class educational opportunities.
You will ensure the successful delivery of the RCU scholarship program by coordinating with in-country project managers and Kaplan overseas operations teams. It combines project management discipline with strong stakeholder engagement to achieve program objectives efficiently and maintain productive relationships between Kaplan and RCU.

What you'll bring to the role
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly desired.
Strong leadership, organisational and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Significant experience in project/program management, preferably in education or international partnerships.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
