We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead end-to-end construction operations, optimize project delivery, and scale operational excellence. This role is pivotal in translating strategy into execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects and sites.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking against KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, HSE, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maximize value and mitigate risks.
  • Implement standardized processes, dashboards, and reporting for executive visibility.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction operations or project management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-site projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, contract management, and cost control expertise.
  • Leadership capability with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
