Role Description
The Investments Analyst / Investment Associate is responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, and supporting portfolio management activities specifically in real estate and private equity. Key duties include performing market research, preparing investment recommendations, evaluating risks, and assisting in the identification of new investment opportunities and executing them. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and manage the portfolio effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Investments and Investment Management; specifically real estate ans privaye equity.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
- Solid knowledge of Finance and related principles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
- CME 1 and CME 4 certificates.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
- Previous experience in investment analysis, private equity, or real estate is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
