Theming Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Quality Control

• Supervise and lead on-site installation of themed elements including architectural finishes, scenic elements, rockwork, props, and decorative pieces.
• Ensure all installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate material delivery, staging, and handling to support smooth installation progress.
• Conduct regular quality checks and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.

Manpower & Team Management

• Organize, schedule, and lead on-site installation teams, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Allocate daily tasks efficiently and ensure optimal use of time and resources.
• Provide clear guidance, training, and supervision to the installation crew.
• Act as a liaison between the installation team and project management, art/design, and construction teams.

Artist & Design Support

• Support on-site scenic artists, sculptors, and designers, ensuring installations accurately reflect the creative vision.
• Collaborate with the creative team to troubleshoot design or artistic execution challenges.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to site-specific and company safety policies and regulations.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in themed construction, preferably in theme parks, museums, or the entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of materials, techniques, and processes used for themed elements (fiberglass, GFRC, steel substructures, faux finishing, painting, scenic treatments).
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams efficiently while adhering to schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction and artistic drawings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction and workplace safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and inter-department coordination.
• Must be able to work on-site and handle the physical demands of construction supervision.
