Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Factory Manager and Showroom Manager to join our team in the Riyadh Region. The Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the factory, including production planning, quality control, and managing manufacturing processes. The Showroom Manager will ensure smooth showroom operations, maintain product displays, and provide excellent customer experiences. This role requires leadership, organization, and collaboration to manage and optimize overall operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management for efficient workflow organization.
  • Experience in Quality Control and ensuring production standards are met consistently.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee daily business activities effectively.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and the ability to optimize resources and processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and mentor staff.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
