Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Objective:

To plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities for the company's land transport brokerage services, enhancing brand visibility and supporting business growth.

The Marketing Officer will manage digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and the design of marketing materials, ensuring the company maintains a professional and competitive image in the logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution:

o Implement approved marketing plans and campaigns.

o Run and monitor online advertisements (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

o Analyze campaign performance and report results regularly.

2. Digital and Social Media Management:

o Manage company social media accounts and ensure consistent posting.

o Create engaging marketing content (text, images, short videos).

o Respond to inquiries and engage with followers and potential clients.

3. Graphic Design and Content Creation:

o Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.

o Ensure designs align with the company's brand identity.

o Produce high-quality visual content to support marketing campaigns.

o (Candidates with hands-on experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva are preferred.)

4. Sales and Event Support:

o Prepare company profiles, presentations, and client proposals.

o Support the sales team with customized marketing materials.

o Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

5. Market and Competitor Analysis:

o Monitor competitors' marketing activities and market trends.

o Recommend new marketing channels and improvement ideas.

o Submit monthly marketing performance and insights reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Media.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (preferably in transport or logistics).
  • Preferably with
    graphic design experience
    (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media advertising.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
