Job Purpose:

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to achieve measurable business results, while maintaining budget efficiency, data accuracy, and high-quality tracking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and continuously optimize through testing and experimentation.
  • Ensure proper setup of tracking tools, pixel implementation, and technical integrations between platforms and websites.
  • Prepare performance reports, analytics, and actionable recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and analytics teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Saudi national.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record and documented success managing advertising budgets exceeding

  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare performance reports.
