Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift & IBM CloudPak Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade container platforms and hybrid cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenShift, IBM CloudPak, and DevOps frameworks, along with a strong background in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift and IBM CloudPak solutions.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and secure architectures.

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of OpenShift clusters in production environments.

Integrate CloudPak solutions with existing enterprise systems, middleware, and databases.

Define CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to streamline operations.

Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and optimization of container platforms.

Provide architectural guidance and best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.

Work closely with banking clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in OpenShift platform administration and architecture.

Hands-on experience with IBM CloudPak (Integration, Automation, or Data).

Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Proven experience in solution design and implementation in the banking or financial services sector.

Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (Red Hat, IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
