About The Role
Are you ready to be at the heart of flight operations, ensuring every journey runs smoothly and safely?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a vital role in maintaining 24/7 operational continuity and supporting our crew across the global network.

In this role, you will provide essential support to crew members by assisting Crew Duty Controllers with welfare cases, including helping sick or injured crew when needed. You will help maintain crew legality and compliance by applying basic knowledge of Flight Time Limitations and rostering rules, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and organisational standards.

You will also manage critical documentation by preparing Purser and Flight Crew packs, distributing destination-specific materials, and collecting and verifying flight documents upon arrival to maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.

Monitoring check-ins, resolving departure and arrival issues, and acting as the first point of contact for any crew-related support. From managing crew transport and accommodation during disruptions to ensuring the readiness of Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs), you'll be a key operational link between ground teams and flight crews.

All while upholding safety standards through regular inspections and ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years within an airline flight operations environment.

You are expected to possess deep knowledge in generic content management tools such as MS Word, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, & EFB apps/systems relevant to documentation.
