Role Description

We are seeking a full-time General Manager for Real Estate Development to join our team on-site in Riyadh. The primary responsibilities include leading feasibility studies, managing financial assessments, overseeing property development and management, and conducting comprehensive contract negotiations. The individual will manage project budgets and ensure profitability, as well as oversee end-to-end development processes and liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that align with Calqas' values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Feasibility Studies and Financial Planning
  • Proficient skills in Contract Negotiation and Budgeting
  • Experience in Property development and overseeing real estate operations
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage dynamic project environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools to manage development and financial processes
  • Previous experience within the real estate development or construction industry
