$45,000 - $60,000 per year
Lead and oversee daily production activities to meet targets.
Supervise operators, assign tasks, and provide training.
Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot extrusion/thermoforming issues.
Ensure quality standards are achieved and coordinate with QC on defects.
Maintain safety compliance, housekeeping, and proper use of PPE.
Prepare daily production reports and record data in ERP/logs.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to reduce downtime.
Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (other technical diplomas accepted if experience in plastic manufacturing is strong).
