Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Team Leader – Last Mile Delivery, located in Dammam. The role involves planning, supervising, and coordinating the daily scheduling and execution of last-mile delivery operations. Responsibilities include ensuring quality service, overseeing a team of delivery personnel, monitoring KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and resolving delivery-related issues promptly. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and optimize delivery workflows and performance metrics.
  • Effective People Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team.
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities and familiarity with industry practices in supply chain and last-mile logistics are an advantage.
  • Prior leadership experience within the logistics or delivery industry is preferred.
