Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist
to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform
. This role is responsible for validating product functionality, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to maintain high release quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute
    manual functional, regression, and system testing
  • Develop and maintain
    test cases, scenarios, and test data
  • Perform
    end-to-end testing
    of GRC workflows (risk, compliance, policies, audits)
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Validate client-reported issues before escalation to development
  • Re-test fixes to ensure accuracy and prevent regressions
  • Support
    UAT and release validation
    activities
  • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in
    QA testing for SaaS platforms
    (GRC or cybersecurity preferred)
  • Strong understanding of
    software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle
  • Ability to analyze workflows and identify edge cases
  • Experience with
    Jira, Azure DevOps, TestFirst
    , or similar tools
  • Basic familiarity with
    API testing tools
    (Postman, Swagger) is a plus
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Saudi national preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Preferred

  • Exposure to
    GRC, compliance, risk, or audit processes
  • Experience working in
    Agile environments
