We are seeking an experienced
Organization Development & Workforce Planning Consultant
to lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce planning models and people-cost budgeting frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, advanced modeling capabilities, and a proven track record in supporting large-scale transformation or restructuring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning & Budgeting:
  • Design and implement workforce planning models aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop people-cost budgeting frameworks integrated with financial cycles.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Organizational Development & Optimization:
  • Provide insights on organizational structure, workforce mix, and productivity.
  • Recommend optimization strategies to enhance workforce efficiency and agility.
  • Align workforce plans with business growth targets and operational needs.
  • Strategic Alignment & Execution:
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment of workforce plans with strategic priorities.
  • Support transformation and restructuring projects with data-driven workforce strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in Organization Development and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong
    financial modeling
    and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in
    scenario planning
    , cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Exposure to
    large-scale transformation or restructuring projects
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Consulting background is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications in workforce planning, organizational design, or financial modeling are a plus.
