Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with MS Dynamics.
  • Must have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience in the banking industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional consultant for MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Lead the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Customize and configure the MS Dynamics CRM system to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes within the banking industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
