Job Summary:

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployments, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of cloud environments. This role focuses on modern DevOps practices, particularly within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and supports development and operations teams in achieving continuous delivery and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
  • Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and support DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure and compliant deployment pipelines.
  • Automate and streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enable continuous integration and delivery.
  • Deploy and manage monitoring and alerting systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) for proactive system health tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and deployment issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for CI/CD processes, infrastructure, and deployment standards.
Experience:
  • Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, automation, and DevOps.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Expertise:
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, OCI Resource Manager
  • Monitoring and Logging: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization, and automation best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of OCI services, networking, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Docker containerization.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy).
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and integrating security into CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
