Sales / Account Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

The Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships in the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domain.

The candidate should have solid experience dealing with enterprise clients and vendors such as Dell, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, and other major technology providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
  • Coordinate with vendors (Dell, Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, etc.) to develop joint go-to-market plans.
  • Work with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM updates.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Or Business Administration or Related
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT solution sales (infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud).
  • Strong network of clients within the KSA market (government and enterprise preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Vendor certifications (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto) are a plus.
  • Saudi nationality is preferred; others with KSA experience are also welcome.
