JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Manager - Development Requirements & Assurance to lead efforts in ensuring that all development projects meet the established requirements and standards. In this key role, you will implement robust assurance processes to verify that project deliverables comply with company policies, regulations, and client specifications.

As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with project teams to identify development needs, establish clear requirements, and facilitate compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in quality assurance and project management will be vital in driving successful outcomes for our development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage development requirements for all projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement assurance processes and methodologies to monitor compliance at various stages of project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to gather and clarify project requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members regarding development requirements and assurance protocols.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to development requirements and assurance processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the development and assurance framework and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations that impact development requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Provide reports and feedback to senior management regarding project compliance status and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the project teams to ensure high standards across all development activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Property Management & Construction
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, leading complex design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of development processes, quality assurance practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as quality management systems.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian development market is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly desirable.
