Electrical Engineer – Security

Role Objective :


• Review and assess existing electrical infrastructure supporting surveillance systems across RCRC assets.


• Participate in Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) and Concept of Design (COD) stages.


• Develop and review electrical design packages during FEED and Detailed Design stages.


• Design and review:

  • Power distribution for CCTV, control rooms, field cabinets, network racks.

  • UPS, backup power, generators, and grounding systems.

-ELV power interfaces with lighting, access control, and telecom.


• Ensure designs comply with:

  • Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)

  • Saudi Building Code (SBC)

  • RCRC and applicable regulatory standards.


• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electronics, and Architectural Engineers.


• Support preparation of RFP technical specifications and BOQs.


• Provide technical support during authority reviews and clarifications.

Qualification & Experience :


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Minimum 7–10 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or security system projects.


• Proven experience with CCTV, ELV systems, command centers, or smart city projects.


• Familiarity with GIS-based sites, tunnels, roads, and heritage facilities is preferred.


• Knowledge of Saudi codes and authority approval processes is a must.
