Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Document Controller
to manage and maintain all company documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that documents are properly controlled, organized, and easily accessible, supporting smooth workflow and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper version control.
  • Maintain an organized document control system (electronic and hard copies) for efficient retrieval and tracking.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission, approval, and distribution of documents.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain document logs, registers, and reports.
  • Support administrative functions including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all controlled documents.
  • Assist in audits and compliance reviews by providing required documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in document control or administrative support, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems, standards, and software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Saudi nationality preferred (per Saudization requirements).
