Our real estate company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the areas of off -plan, secondary market, and rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives for off -plan, secondary market, and rental propertiesLead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and brokersMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growthCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the success of the sales departmentParticipate in the development and execution of company -wide initiativesEnsure that sales targets are met and exceededConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferencesProvide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and progress towards goalsEnsure compliance with all legal and ethical standards for sales practices RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for off -plan, secondary market, and rental propertiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management skillsAbility to analyze data and identify trendsKnowledge of real estate sales and industry trends for off -plan, secondary market, and rental propertiesAbility to travel as neededIf you are a motivated, results -driven sales professional with experience in off -plan, secondary market, and rental properties, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
