What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead and Execute Sales Strategy in Saudi Arabia:
Develop and lead a customized sales strategy driving revenue through a data-driven approach, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization.
- Build Long-Term Relationships with Clients, Enterprises and Partnerships:
Target and build relationships with clients, foster loyalty, and identify prospects for partnerships.
- Promote Peaktime's Features: Time Tracking, Productivity Analytics, Performance Monitoring:
Promote Peaktime's features—time tracking, productivity analytics, and performance monitoring—by solving client challenges, and establishing the app as an essential productivity tool.
- Prepare Proposals, Negotiate and Close Contracts:
Create tailored client proposals, negotiate high-value deals and close contracts using CRM tools to streamline processes and maximize revenue outcomes.
- Analyze Competitors and Market Opportunities:
Perform detailed analysis of competitors and market opportunities in KSA, focusing on Vision 2030 sectors, to deliver insights that refine strategies, highlight competitive edges, and drive targeted growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on Campaigns and Client Outreach:
Work with marketing to design and optimize campaigns and outreach, providing sales insights to improve lead generation, content relevance, and campaign performance for better client engagement.
- Mentor Junior Team Members
Mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer, accountability and personal growth
- Oversee the sales cycle:
Collaborate with external consultants to ensure smooth sales process, implementation and management
- Track and Report Sales Metrics:
Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue targets, provide regular reports to the management team & leadership
- Network and Represent the Company:
Represent PeakTime at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in KSA to generate leads and source potential partnerships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in the KSA sales cycle and understanding of local regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market (especially Jeddah/Riyadh)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in the KSA professional environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experienced in CRM and digital sales tools
- Based in Jeddah / Riyadh (preferred)
