Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer with a sharp analytical mind and hands-on field expertise in LV power systems, lighting, ELV, and life-safety systems. This is a site-based position on the contractor side, suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced project environments and can lead with both precision and confidence.

You must already be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama, and be available to join immediately or within one month.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our site team, you will:

  • Develop and validate load schedules, SLDs, cable sizing, voltage drop, and short-circuit/selectivity coordination using ETAP, Amtech, or similar tools
  • Design and execute lighting and emergency lighting systems, ensuring lux calculations, controls, and compliance with SBC, SEC, IEC, and BS standards
  • Lead integration of ELV and life-safety systems: fire alarm (NFPA 72), CCTV, access control, ICT, and BMS
  • Prepare and manage interface/control matrices, riser diagrams, and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Oversee site execution: method statements, ITPs, WIRs, cable containment, earthing, and lightning protection
  • Coordinate across MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure smooth field execution
  • Supervise testing, commissioning, snag resolution, and secure authority approvals (SEC, Civil Defense, etc.)
  • Handle BOQ validation, quantity take-offs, technical submittals, and support variation/change orders
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality
  • Represent the company in consultant/client meetings, resolving site issues proactively
  • Use AutoCAD, or maybe Revit, and BIM for documentation, coordination, and as-built updates

What You Bring

  • Residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
  • Able to join immediately or within one month
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including contractor-side site execution in the Kingdom
  • Mastery in LV systems, ETAP/Amtech, lighting design, ELV, and life-safety systems
  • Strong knowledge of SBC, SEC, IEC/BS, and NFPA
  • Fluent in site documentation: ITPs, WIRs, method statements, etc.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, (Revit, and BIM coordination is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and leadership ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
