Bancassurance:
To manage the Sales of Orient KSA products through banks on behalf of the company and promote the Orient KSA products, through maintaining close client relations, and providing top quality service in order to ensure the sustainable and profitable growth of this channel while remaining aligned with the relevant internal and external policies and the overall vision and strategy of the organization.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Build and maintain close business relationships with banks in order to sell Orient KSA products to their clients and ensure the interests of company are properly promoted, in alignment to the internal policies and the regulatory framework.
• Define and implement a sales plan to enlarge the number of banks that collaborate with Orient KSA to create more partnerships.
• Liaise with the Head of Bancassurance of the other involved banks and stakeholders to ensure that any issues or client inquiries are accurately addressed in-time, in collaboration with other internal functions.
• Plan and implement sales activities through the Banks to ensure the achievement of sales targets set and oversee the implementation of corrective actions whenever necessary.
• Monitor the sales approach and customer interface through banks in order to ensure consistency of customer experience and adherence to Orient KSA 'go-to-market' approach.
• Liaise with other departments to customize Orient KSA products for the Bancassurance and SME channel customers and assess their commercial viability, to ensure providing customers with tailored products based on market research, reports and customer needs, while adhering to company's policies and regulatory framework.
• Develop the Bancassurance and SME Channels through analysis and research conducted on network growth and expansion in order to make recommendations to the CSO regarding collaborations with new banks .
• Keep abreast of the relevant market trends and practices and analyze performance data including benchmarking, in order to make improvements in customer service delivery as well as relevant policies and processes.
• Coordinate with other Distribution Heads and CSO on the execution of marketing plans to identify, analyze and
pursue further growth opportunities for Orient KSA
Qualification & Experience Prerequisites Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or any other relevant field.
10-15 years of related experience.
Master's degree in Sales or Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or any other relevant field, or MBA.
