Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Solutions Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with clients, providing technical expertise, consulting services, and support for software development, integration, and solution implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and deploying customized solutions, assisting in pre-sales processes, and ensuring seamless integration with client environments. The role also involves technical discussions, presentations, and addressing customer needs to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

5 years of

  • Experience in Consulting and Presales, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and communicate technical solutions clearly.
  • Knowledge of presales processes and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to support client acquisition.
  • Hands-on expertise in cybersecurity products Integration, including connecting systems and ensuring seamless data flows across platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity domain and familiarity with TDIR, SIEM, or user behavior analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
