HR Operations Manager/HR&Admin
Propose Of Function
To attract, develop, and retain competent employees, cultivate a strong company culture, ensure efficient administration and compliance, and ultimately support business growth.
Purpose Of Job
To lead all HR operational processes and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government platforms,while delivering accurate employee lifecycle administration and supporting a consistent employee experience.This role also oversees payroll execution and partners with HR Head to implement people policies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
- Lead and manage all HR operational processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, contracts, employee records, transfers, and document management.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR activities.
- Administer and manage all government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Ajeer, Absher, and related systems.
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and exit interviews.
- Oversee HR administrative functions including visas, work permits, medical insurance, employee IDs, and regulatory renewals.
- Support implementation of company HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR data and employee records, ensuring alignment between contracts, payroll, and attendance systems.
- Provide timely HR analytics and reports to support business and leadership decisions.
- Coordinate execution of training and internal development programs in alignment with COE's framework.
- Supervise payroll preparation and verification, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing (via Payroll Specialist).
- Act as primary HR contact for employees and line managers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, Saudization requirements, and HR-related government inspections.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years' HR operations/HR services experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Ajeer, Absher, etc...
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
