نبحث عن مدير حسابات وعلاقات عملاء، يتمتع بذكاء تجاري حاد ومهارة استثنائية في "إغلاق الصفقات".

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة دورة المبيعات: قيادة عملية التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين من البداية وحتى مرحلة "إغلاق الصفقة" وتوقيع العقود.
  • بناء العلاقات: تطوير علاقات استراتيجية مستدامة مع العملاء (شركات وجهات حكومية)، والعمل كمستشار موثوق لهم.
  • مفاوض ذكي: إدارة المفاوضات بمهارة عالية لضمان تحقيق أهداف الشركة وتلبية تطلعات العميل في آن واحد.
  • تمثيل الهوية: تمثيل "أمل الغد" في الاجتماعات والفعاليات بأسلوب يعكس احترافية ورقي العلامة التجارية.
  • تحقيق المستهدفات: العمل وفق مؤشرات أداء واضحة تركز على النتائج وحجم الأعمال المنجزة.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

  • الجنسية: للسعوديين فقط.
  • المؤهل العلمي:
    درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم كحد أدنى في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • الخبرة:
    سجل حافل ومثبت في مجال المبيعات، تطوير الأعمال، أو إدارة الحسابات (يفضل في قطاع الخدمات B2B).

  • مهارات تفاوض وإقناع عالية.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager & Business Development professional who possesses sharp business acumen and exceptional "Closing Skills". This is not a routine administrative role; it is an opportunity for a leader who is ambitious, a master negotiator, and capable of turning leads into strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead communication with potential clients from the initial pitch to the "Closing Deal" stage and contract signing .
  • Relationship Building: Develop sustainable strategic relationships with clients (Corporate & Government) acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Smart Negotiation: Manage negotiations skillfully to ensure a Win-Win scenario that meets company targets and client expectations.
  • Brand Representation: Represent "Tomorrow's Hope" in meetings and events in a way that reflects our professional brand identity.
  • Target Achievement: Work according to clear KPIs focused on results and business volume generated

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (B2B preferred
    ).
