Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, leading and mentoring sales teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Account Management, and territory expansion strategies
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including market research and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, with a deep understanding of operational processes, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and manage travel as needed
