Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Well Completion Foreman / Liaisonman to supervise field operations for onshore and offshore well completion activities in Saudi Arabia.

The role involves direct responsibility for the safe and efficient execution of drilling, workover, and completion operations on deep, high-pressure, and complex wells. The successful candidate will coordinate field logistics, supervise rig and service crews, and ensure compliance with all operational, technical, and safety standards.

This position requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and proven experience managing high-value well operations under challenging conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all well completion and workover operations on-site, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
  • Execute work programs in accordance with approved industry standards and company procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate field logistics, including material movements, transportation, and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with Blowout Prevention Standards, testing requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Review and validate service company tickets and material documentation for accuracy and cost control.
  • Maintain accurate daily operations reports and ensure timely communication with management.
  • Lead and mentor junior or less experienced field staff to enhance team competency and performance.
  • Promote cost savings and operational optimization while achieving well objectives.

Qualifications

Option 1:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in well completion and high-pressure oil & gas operations.

Option 2:

  • High School Diploma or Industrial Training Center (ITC) certification (English & Math).
  • Minimum
    15 years of experience
    in well completion and high-pressure well operations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in handling critical wells exceeding 15,000 ft depth, 10,000 psi pressure, or high project costs.
  • Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and strong commitment to safety and integrity.

Work Conditions

  • Location:
    Field-based (onshore and offshore sites within Saudi Arabia).
  • Rotation:
    28 days on / 28 days off.
  • Working Hours:
    12 hours per day.
