Senior Performance Media Buyer

You'll be at the core of our growth engine, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cross-channel media strategies focused on performance and scale
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS
• Manage advertising budgets with full ownership and accountability
• Conduct in-depth A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
• Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to drive campaign success
• Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge
• Present campaign reports and insights

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance media buying with
  7-figure
  SAR ad budgets
• Mastery of media planning, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
• In-depth understanding of attribution models, tracking, and event setups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and media platforms
