The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing the relationships between the company and its investors, analysts, CMA and other financial stakeholders. Senior Manager, Investor Relations will be responsible for strategically positioning the company in the market, communicating financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; maintain effective communication between the company and its investors; foster a positive relationship with the investment community, ensuring that investors have accurate and timely information about the company's performance, strategies, and financial health.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement the overall investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.

requirements.

Collaborate with legal, finance and all related departments to ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings.

Address inquiries from shareholders and analysts.

Manage the company's shareholder registry and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Crisis Management

Develop strategies for handling crisis situations that may impact on the company's reputation.

Lead communication responses during challenging times and periods of market volatility.

Market Intelligence & competitive intelligence

Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Provide executive management with regular updates on market dynamics and investor sentiment.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure a cohesive approach to external communications and messaging.

Provide guidance and support to the investor relations team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, Master or post graduate certification will be a plus.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of securities regulations and compliance.

Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or investor relations.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
