Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care including assessing patient needs, administering medications, and providing treatments.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to infection control practices and ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and education to stay current with medical practices and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license in India.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with standard medical and nursing procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.
