Job Purpose

To strategize, lead, and execute integrated branding initiatives that drive growth, strengthen brand consistency, and maximize equity, while collaborating across functions to achieve sustained market impact.

Key Accountabilities

Strategy & Portfolio:
Define brand and product positioning, set expansion plans, and establish pricing strategies across all segments, SKUs, channels, and geographies. Manage the portfolio to maximize consumer reach, optimize value propositions, and drive strong market performance while achieving financial targets.

Team Leadership:
Lead, develop, and inspire the category/brand team. Set clear plans, organize work, monitor performance, and ensure efficient and compliant execution. Mentor and motivate team members to achieve measurable results and support continuous professional growth.

Budget & Revenue:
Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the brand budget. Ensure financial performance meets top-line, gross margin, and net contribution goals. Drive consumer promotions, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimizations to maximize profitability, strengthen competitive positioning, and enhance return on investment.

Brand & Marketing Management:
Shape the brand identity, positioning, and equity while leading initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities that enhance consumer perception, engagement, and market share. Maintain branding guidelines and ensure all marketing materials, channels, and messaging consistently reflect the brand's values, vision, and market positioning.

Market Insights & Research:
Plan and conduct consumer and market research, including continuous and ad hoc studies, to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and uncover growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies for NPD, pricing, brand campaigns, and marketing activations to drive business success.

New Product Development (NPD):
Qualify and evaluate NPD ideas. Develop full project plans covering recipe/cost, pricing, margins, volumes, artwork, and launch execution. Ensure rigorous follow-through to deliver results in line with targets, financial objectives, and market expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Digital Marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution and alignment across all touchpoints. Align campaigns, activations, and initiatives with broader business objectives and growth priorities.

Impact & Continuous Improvement:
Continuously refine strategies, processes, and initiatives to enhance brand equity, consumer engagement, and business outcomes. Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to drive measurable growth and lasting market impact.

What We're Looking For

A strategic and results-driven Brand Manager with 5–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, fluent in English and Arabic, who can lead brand strategy, drive growth, enhance equity, and deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage marketing initiatives and campaigns, oversee new product development, and work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence.
