JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

•Ensure the availability and reliability of the organization's network infrastructure.

•Coordinate with network administrators to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

•Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions as needed.

•Coordinated hardware and software maintenance activities.

•Work with vendors to schedule and manage equipment repairs and upgrades.

•Work closely with vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance activities.

•Address and resolve issues related to vendor services

•Assist in network asset management through maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management, and related documentation.

•Installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization's network.

•Assist in needed research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

•Assist in the preparation of RFPs and bid proposals for IT projects.

•Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.

•Maintain all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and others.

•Maintain security solutions, including firewalls, mail relay, web filters, and intrusion detection systems.

•Maintain Data Centers, including Power, cooling, access control, and all related hardware.

•Implement WAN, LAN solutions all over the group and make sure services are always reliable, available and stable.

•Install and maintain CCTV, control room, and related infrastructural equipment.

•Test network and server performance and report network performance statistics to supervisor

•Monitoring Access Control system for Turnstile.

•Activating and deactivating user identifications, such as keycards, biometrics, or PIN codes.

•Granting and revoking access rights based on authorized personnel changes or security protocols

•Providing technical support to users encountering issues with the turnstile access control system.

•Diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions in access control.
