JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Reporting Manager to lead our reporting team and drive the strategic direction of our reporting processes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support key decision-making across our projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the organization's strategic initiatives through effective reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Oversee the reporting team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports on time and in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management and project leaders to understand reporting needs and develop tailored reporting solutions.
  • Lead the enhancement of reporting methodologies and tools to optimize data collection and analysis.
  • Analyze complex data sets to derive insights and visualize performance metrics that drive strategic improvements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to strengthen their reporting capabilities and professional growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Expertise in reporting software and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis tools, including Excel and SQL.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the construction or project management sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
