Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Engineer
to promote and sell
HVAC chilled water valves and control solutions
within the
Saudi Arabian market
. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and proven experience in project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell
HVAC chilled water valves
, including
PICV (Pressure Independent Control Valves)
, control valves, balancing valves,
actuators
, and
thermostats - Develop and maintain strong relationships with
MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and system integrators - Support project sales from
design/specification stage through order closure - Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within KSA
- Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular market feedback
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field (preferred) - Minimum
2–5 years of HVAC sales experience in the KSA market - Strong technical knowledge of:
- Chilled water HVAC systems
- PICV and HVAC control valves
- Actuators and thermostats
- Experience in
project-based HVAC sales - Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
with good command of English - Valid
KSA driving license
(own car preferred) - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively

- Ability to work under minimal supervision
