OC trainee Fast Track Program
– a 9-month accelerated development journey designed to prepare experienced multi-unit
Supervisor
for the
Operations Consultant (OC)
role.
What You'll Experience
- A structured development path covering leadership, operations, food safety, inventory, people management, and business acumen.
- Hands-on exposure to McDonald's systems, culture, and strategic operations.
- Shadowing and mentorship from senior leaders and consultants.
- Participation in leadership classes and cross-functional training.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple units in hospitality, food service, or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Passion for people development and operational excellence.
