KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the real estate, e-commerce, or a technology company
  • Proven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and events that drive sales and product adoption
  • Hands-on experience in managing campaigns, print production and competitive audits
  • Budget management experience to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, brand management, and creative processes
  • Proficiency in campaign management, including platform-specific strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with digital performance marketing metrics and campaign execution techniques
  • Understanding of emerging marketing platforms, trends, and technologies
  • Expertise in creative strategy development and in-house creative team management
  • Insights into commercial objectives and the role of marketing in achieving them
